Edmond Oliveira

born in 1968 in Ettelbrück

Numerous publications mention his works of art which have been exhibited since 1990 in the galleries of Luxembourg, in Porto, Portugal and Saarbrücken, Germany, where he is nominated for the Schumann Preis in 2005.

In 2019 his installation "Fade out/in" is part of the exhibition "Störende Wahrheiten" in the public space in Lorentzweiler.

In 2018, the H2O space in Differdange exhibits its project "Memoria Episodika", in

collaboration with the Centre for Human Migration and the CDH2 of the University

from Luxembourg. This project was also part of the exhibition "F(l)ight Sketches for Bert Theis"

at the Cercle Cité in collaboration with the MUDAM and the Isola Art Center in Milan.

In 2005, he created "Feuervogel", a selection of scenographies in the framework of the

project " Login Music " of the Luxembourg Philharmonic Orchestra in collaboration with the Casino Forum d’Art Contemporain.

From 2005 to 2012, he creates " Loopino " with Annick Pütz and Max Fischbach for the Philharmonie de

Luxembourg, followed by " Die Glücksfee" in 2009 and "Blancontact" in 2011 at the Kulturhaus Mersch.
